To remove curly quotes from your Wordpress blog posts: For Wordpress 1.5, just comment out the line add_filter(’the_content’, ‘wptexturize’); in the wp-includes/default-filters.php file.
For older and more recent versions of Wordpress, the relevent add_filter command line may be located in a different file within your wp-includes folder.
