The online news site MSNBC recently posted information about ReputationManagers.com, a Southern California company that specializes in online reputation management. It does seem fair to say that California and New York are probably the two foremost areas where many aspiring public figures would seek public relations and reputation management.

ReputationManagers.com recently conducted a Corporate Reputation Management Study in which they reported that of the 2009 Fortune 100 list, only 9% of these corporations "had control over their brand in the search engines." ReputationManagers.com went on to conclude that they can "push that negative press so far down in search results, it may as well not even exist."
