According to numerous sources (and from what everybody is seeing in their Adsense accounts), Google has increased the Adsense referral conversion rates. Now you receive $5 when your referral makes their first $5 and then $250 when they make their first $100. This new system is two-tier: you make $5 and then $250 from each referral that earns $5 and then $250 within 180 days.

Everyone will now make a lot more money referring webmasters and bloggers to Google Adsense.
