Tired of DD.AM Hosting

My addon domains are gone.
My account is cpanel.dd.am
My addon domain/subdomain [***] should point to my subdirectory cpanel.dd.am/article. But my addon no longer works and does not show in my cPanel.
ALSO, my addon domain/subdomain [***] should point to my subdirectory cpanel.dd.am/pixel. But my addon no longer works and does not show in my cPanel.
cPanel does not allow me to reconfigure these addons and says that they are "already configured."
Please fix the problem.

Hi there,
Cpanel.dd.am is a reserved domain, and cannot be used by customers. Please see our ToS in regards to 'reserved' domains.
Unfortunately because your main account was named cpanel.dd.am it has removed the relevant subdomains. Please recreate your account using a different main domain, and setup the additional subdomains (pixel.page.us) accordingly

You deleted my account cpanel.dd.am before I had a chance to back up its files. cPanel.dd.am was still online earlier today. Do you have a backup of my files?
I had the cPanel.dd.am account since January, so I don't know why you guys gave me a restricted name in the first place. Here is the private message your 15-year-old administrator sent me when he created my original account:

Login with the above details. First thing you should do, is change your password. It is recommended that you use both letters and numbers so your password is harder to guess.

Your new accounts don't have addons.
My original account cpanel.dd.am was created back in January, at a time when the process was not automated (see the previous reply where I quote the private message from the admin who set up the cpanel.dd.am account).
You went ahead and deleted that account after I innocently called your attention to it. The account allowed me to have 2 or 3 addon domains.
But your new accounts do not allow addons domains, and it seems that in these new accounts, you have left out a few PHP modules and/or graphics libraries.
Your new accounts are useless to me. I need addons so I don't have to create multiple accounts for the (Google-ranked) domain names I used to host in my cpanel.dd.am account.
