Canada Must Oil The Professional Rank
Yes, Canada is whooping it up when it comes to oil profits and the strong Canadian dollar, but now that the country is back in the "limelight" (what if it was back in the red light?), the Canadian people should try to add civility, courtesy, and grace to the list of personal attributes they demand of their lawyers, doctors, and nurses (and all the rest). Right now, if we switched the spotlight from oil to professionalism, Canada would score quite a ways down the international scale.
