Facternet.com offers you free 100MB web hosting and a free domain name and launched yet another promotion today (through 2nd January 2006), but please note that their TOS says, "Free domain names are the property of Facternet and are only free for a one-year period. Customers can choose to re-register the domain name after their first year via Facternet at a cost of $20.00 / �10.00 per year."
